TrueNorth works from a simple structure:

  1. Where you stand

Your real situation right now: your resources, your time, your obligations, and what you're working toward.

  2. What happened

The event or change that brought you here today.

  3. What's still unresolved

Feelings or reactions that haven't settled yet. These are named honestly, not judged.

  4. What moves you forward

A checklist built from what you actually have to work with, not generic advice. Every item is checked against your real time and resources, and nothing that just restates an unresolved reaction gets treated as a step forward without being named as such.

This only works if you're honest with the questions and with yourself. Vague or rounded answers make the results less accurate.
