What this is
True North is a self-guided clarity tool. It asks you nine questions, reflects your own words back, and builds a checklist designed for the time and money you said you have. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and it does not replace any of them. If you're in crisis, dial or text 988 (US) or contact a local crisis line.
Your answers
Your entries are private to your account, and other users can't see them. Everything is encrypted in transit, and your entries and checklists are kept in your account until you ask us to delete them. To build your summary, direction, and checklist, True North uses an AI service, so your answers are processed by that service. The companies that run it handle information under their own terms and may keep a copy for a limited time.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. To keep the app running, we may look at stored entries when needed for support or maintenance. Unsent drafts of the questionnaire stay in your browser, on your own device, until you finish or discard them.
Subscription
Access starts at $7.99 for your first month. About a month after your first payment, your card is charged $35.94, and it renews every six months after that until you cancel. Payments run through Stripe, which handles all payment details — card data never touches this app. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
Deleting your account
To have your account and entries deleted from our systems, email truenorth@trueselfhorizons.com. Deleted data may remain in routine backups for a limited time.
